SHEEP FISH was founded in 2014 by two students full of enthusiasm and hard work. After only half a year, we have already successfully reached a staff of 7 people, and have become a full-cycle agency, with the trust of five clients. It was at this moment that the eyes burned for more and the work went more actively than you can imagine.

After only half a year, we have already successfully reached a staff of 7 people, and have become a full-cycle agency, with the trust of five clients. It was at this moment that the eyes burned for more and the work went more actively than you can imagine.
Great progress and improvement of the skills of the team
Beginning of 2015, 100% positive reviews. After a year of work, the team needed strong HTML, CSS, JS and WordPress programmers, as even more complex tasks were on the way. In this moment. the team was immediately replenished with three strong developers who actively developed the company for the next 4 years. This very moment is marked in the company as “Quick start” and from that moment we began to reach new levels in the development of sites, setting up advertising campaigns, Google Adwords, Yandex Direct, moved to the stages of building sales, developing CRM and ERP systems, and started developing browser game Dragon Heart (Gwent). Such a portfolio impressed new customers, and over the next year we did a lot, read below.
Our developers were already strong not only in knowledge of Front-end \ Back-end, but also the team of designers expanded from two to 5!
It was at this moment that we appeared on the Behance network, where you can see our decorated works, with which clients are satisfied. Also, it was this year that negotiations were held regarding the first major project, the tender for which we won. It was a Territoria-pro.com project. There was not much experience in creating projects where there are many iterations, complex technical nuances and mixed complex technologies – management had to be raised to a new level. And by the end of this year, instead of the usual team, the staff became two dozen more – as many as 25 people!
The company gained weight at the regional level, and newcomers began to come to the company often, who, under the influence of “word of mouth” information, understood that hardly anyone would give them more experience than we have. At that moment, a certain model of the academy was founded, where we selected the best ones for ourselves.
2017 was a glorious year
The browser game project was coming to an end, “Territory” smoothly transitioned to the stage of project support after the successful implementation of the MVP, and we decided that many clients need the development of start-ups that we can implement. It was on the first two projects that we learned to work with documentation for investors, to clearly track every movement in the project, and soon, we were already concentrating on actively searching for MVP development for young companies that could not yet afford to order development from the cosmic 50 or even 100 dollars per hour of work.
Thus, differing in quality, speed and passion for work, we worked with large clients and continued to provide services for young companies that were afraid to trust someone. The current year for the company was “beyond the limit” previously acceptable. It was at this stage that the development of skills took place in the entire team as quickly as possible. Thus, we have acquired competence in many areas of B2B and B2C activity in the world. This year, the company successfully went beyond providing services to the CIS market and “went” to conquer Europe and other continents.
Yes, you probably already noticed that the number of positive reviews has fluctuated for the first time.
It was not easy for the company this year. It was these 2% of customers who managed to shake the balance of the company in the negative direction and the “anabolism” of the company turned into a reverse trend. What can I say, it’s a pity to miss “Olympus”, which the company’s management almost felt and will return to the harsh realities of the market, but what the hell isn’t kidding. The difficult stage of the company quickly turned from a problem to a task that should bring back the lost positions.
So, this year, when the forces to control the development department began to go less than usual – new opportunities appeared, which grew into a new branch of the company, the ProfiGuru Consulting agency based on technical knowledge, as well as thanks to experience and hardening by harsh reality, the company came to life again , helping clients now not only implement tasks – but also plan, strategize, budget and create a 12-month project plan. Now the company is not at the peak of fame, but it is slowly regaining its position. In a year of work, there will certainly be a new paragraph of history.
